Estimating and Scheduling Software

I'm looking for a program that will allow me to :
1- Design the project - in 3D
2 - estimate the project cost
3 - Develop a production schedule based on the above.
4 - integrate with QuikBooks

Any ideas, anyone?

I think the best combination of programs to accomplish this is Chief architect and hometech.

The cheap side of that is 3D Home Architect (it will upgrade to the Chief) and the Craftsman books "National Construction Estimator" that is downloadable from their site with 11 cost books for $65. The NCE will export to Quickbooks. I don't think either will help with the schedule.
