Estimate For Staining A Sun-room?

Hello there,

I was wondering how much I should charge for a job like staining a particularly large sun-room(324 sq ft.) I've stained just about everything from doors to baseboards, but never a sun-room. I was wondering how much I should charge for a job like this.

Any and all input is appreciated,

Thanks,
Andy.

It all depends on how sunny, the sun room is.

I'm not a stainer so I can only guess that it would be twice as much as a particularly small sunroom (162 sq ft).

600 if you have illegals doing the work (your cut is 500)

1000 if your workers are Americans (your cut is 100)

350 if you do it

Did you go into Sherwin or Homecheapo and ask them, I bet they know

Re: Estimate For Staining A Sun-room?

You should charge a particularly large sum of money for the particularly large sun room

Now take this with a grain of salt because just about the only I have ever stained is my underwear.

I hope this is helpful.

Andy.

After reading this post, I had a very disturbing and thankfully, very brief image of some guy attempting to stain the Sunroom via skidmarks!!!!

Do you think that I may need to consult a Psychiatrist?!?!?!?

Indeed a dubious honor,
considering the source.
