Lightbulb EMPLOYEE'S DETAILS Expiry & Reminder etc

Hello

Im looking for something that i can orgnise my work more better for the labours & Staff where i can put all the Details example for the Residence Visa and when it will be expire it will be auto remind me


see example what iam use right now .. but im looking for something more powerfull
