Email To Handle Exisitng And New Employee's

I need email to handle existing and new employee's. I have seen them with a company's name preceded by the particular employee i.e. JohnQ@Company name.com.

Anybody use this style? I assume you get unlimited email addresses. Can anybody make a recommendation?

How much should it cost?

thanks

Do you want them to have email accounts simply for internal/HR related communication? If so, set them up with free email accounts from yahoo, google, hotmail, etc.

If you want them to have email that they will put on business cards so that customers can contact them then your idea would be more professional looking. Do you already have a website with a domain name for your company? Your service provider should have pricing available for different packages. Not sure what reasonable rates are, but I would think that you would have at least 10 accounts available with a basic website package?

No website yet, I want it just as you stated. When I googled it of course I got 10 billion hits, I was hoping for some guidance.

thanks

Pretty much any hosting plan will include 10 email addresses for free. Get your url and a hosting plan. You can use the email before your site is up.

I'd check out Godaddy.com. They'll provide you with a good hosting plan for an affordable price.
