Electrical Job Estimation
I am looking for some help with getting an estimate and proposal together to bid on an electrical job.
The job is to replace/upgrade all outdoor lamp post at a Condo community of about 191 units. There are 66 Light posts. The development is roughly 25 years old. Should i charge by installation per post? T&M plus markup? I have a sub to do the electrical work i have to present proposal to a board of trustees. Are there any upgrades to make that would be $ saving for the customer? Just looking for a little direction thanks |
