Does anybody use Dodge?

$40/month seems pricey, but if it's worth it for leads, I'd pay it.

I use Plymouth, or Chysler.

Seriously, never heard of them as a referral service.

Are you speaking of Dodge Construction Reports?

If so, when I was doing new construction roofs on restaurants, it was an invaluable source to acquire ne GC's who were bidding on the projects.

It was too expensive for me, so I found another contractor who suscribed and got one issue at a time when I needed to look up a project. Also, some larger libraries may have a daily suscription to them and if they don't, theat can be requested of them.

Dodge Reports

The Dodge Reports are invaluable to GC's bidding public and commercial work. The paper lists up coming work that is out for bid. We used to use New England Construction News, they have other papers for different regions. Better check your pricing though, seems to me it used to cost more like $40.00 per weekly issue.

Not a lead service.

Yes, Dodge construction reports. We're looking to sub fence and wall work, moving into more commercial and public contracts.

I like the library idea. I'll look into that.

Online is $40/month.

But we are strictly looking to sub. From what you're saying, this isn't the right thing for us. Although, I'd be able to find out who got the bid, and talk to them about any work that will become available for subs. That's what I'm really interested in.
