anyone using smartdraw for doing simple designs? I have an architect that i work with on many of my projects, i'm trying to barter with her for plans for my own home but she's too busy and I could draw them up, but don't have the extra time on my hands due to the busy work schedule.
looking to put a decent sized addition on my house and need some ok software to draw up some plans, nothing really expensive or something that would be used to sell plans. i may use it for my business if someone wants a quick view of what their house would look like, but that is what my architect is for, i try to stay out of the design process, because it can get ugly trying to convince a designer or architect on something.
