Contracts

Hey guys,
I have a quick question about writing a contract to do sub-work.
I'm not sure how to write the contract because I'm usually the one subbing the work out. Usually my plumber just gives my card to the HO and I deal directly with them.. But this time he wants me to sub the work from him. Should I use the regular 12 - 15 page contract I give to H.O.s?

Yes, your contract, is your contract. Just because your subcontracting, doesn't change one thing. He is now your client, just like the HO. Treat him no different.

Thanks Floordude,
That's what I thought, I didn't want him to take it as I didn't trust him. But, you're right, my contract is my contract.
thanks
