Contractor Software

Good afternoon all. My background is in property preservation--been reading the ongoing FHA/REO/HUD conversation going on.

We also, on the side, have a few guys that can write software....and have really been working on some ideas that you all see is lacking.

We have some of our own right now, geared toward property preservation guidelines and such, but wanted to see if any of you can identify some of your biggest logistical, management, etc....challenges you face running your businesses--nothing specific mind you--but just problems you consistantly face, where you wish some "answer" could be developed to solve them.

Again, we have found in our own business, some problems that we have, but I am interested to expand our thoughts and see what you all struggle with.....or use to provide support---GPS tracking, route planning, FHA and HUD guideline programs, etc....

The floor is open.

Glad to be here.

Re: Contractor Software

Sorry, I should have put the above into the "Tech" section.

Will an administrator move this, or can we keep it on here?

Re: Contractor Software

Actually, this post should not be made at all.

Please read our site rules and advertising rules. You can find them here.

Specifically, I would point out the following phrase from those rules.

Most importantly our member base is not a resource to be "mined" by individuals, groups, or businesses, for profit or not for profit.
