A Contract For Service Work?
what kind of contract do you use when you are not sure what needs done?
We do a lot of hvac repair work. Most times we dont know what is wrong until we troubleshoot the problem. What I have done in the past has always been a gentlemans agreement (hand shake) and it is no longer working. What do you do? |

Re: A Contract For Service Work?
Open ended. $250.00 to start, $65.00 per manhour thereafter , plus material+20%. Port to port. With a progress review every $2,000. or whatever is agreed upon.
