Construction In The US And The UK
The market for construction has fallen in our area and developers are not building much anymore. There are not many bid invitations, if anything it has fallen to 1 per month, it used to be 3 or more per month.
I was wondering, how is construction if your area? Is construction going well abroad such as the UK? Thanks |

Re: Construction In The US And The UK
I work in the UK. There is still lots of work over here but it has started to slow down a little despite what the goverment want us to believe the recent hike in interest rates have hurt and investors are very shakey because of the problems in USA.
I'm actually Canadian though and am planning on moving back in about a year (ish). From my understanding the construction industry over there is booming. |

Construction is ALWAYS good! Especially when you consider Remodeling.

I've moved into re-modelling in the past 6 months. Dont even bother looking for Masonry work anymore and to be honest I am happier for it. Still moving to Canada 5 weeks to go. |
