Construction Risk Allocation And Liability Sharing

Hi all,

I'm back at school and here again asking for help.

I have to do a project on Construction Risk Allocation and Liability Sharing and have been assigned Defective Work and Managerial Incompetence. I'm looking for any case studies that would involve 2 or more perspectives, that of the Owner, Contractor and Engineer. If any of you have any experience with the above or know of any sites you can recommend and send me or post here I thank-you very much. Most of the class discussions revolve around commerical issues but as I'm only interested in the residential side of things that is what I am looking for here.

I appreciate referrals to books but time is short so really need internet sources.
