Cancellation Language

Sometimes we get a customer that makes things absolutely difficult. We'd like to have some cancellation language in our contracts that works fairly for all parties. Any thoughts?

thanks

Re: Cancellation Language

"While we strive to please every one of our clients all the time, its inevitable that we'll fail in one respect or another. Sometimes this is our fault, sometimes its no ones fault, but sometimes its the... we'll.. let's just, "We provide professional services at-will."

This means we can refuse to provide service and terminate our relationship with our clients as we choose, without cause given.

Now, as I said, sometimes its our fault, and we'll work to fix that, as hard as we can. Sometimes its no ones fault and we'll do our best with that, too. But sometimes, its just best to sit at home on the couch watching game shows not making any money, than to put ourselves in a lose/lose situation.
