Can You Help To Access The Account Work Remotely?
Hello everybody, I need to employ someone for maintaining my accounts books and for that I am thinking of outsourcing the work. It is better to do this rather than keep an accountant on the run whole day. But, I want them to work on my pc, as I do not want to upload/scan the account books to other people on their place. I need something like remotely accessing the work that I provide. Can you give me some advice on providers of this criteria?

Yes, there are some of the providers that work on the concept of remote access. They provide their customers with different process options for doing the work remotely. I recently came across one outsourced bookkeeping company that has options for hosted, server-based and the one which you want . This is indeed a good option as you won’t have to upload or give away any data and everything is done on your computers.

Re: Can You Help To Access The Account Work Remotely?
Go to GoToMYPC.com, and you can run your entire computer, remotely. This is a terrific program, for on the job, and when you travel. You will have access your entire computer. You can set up separate User Accounts, on your DeskTop, for your accountant. You never have to transfer files to a lap top, and you can log in, to your computer, from anybody's computer, anywhere in the world. You can go halves, with someone, and get a second computer (IP or whatever you call it) for free. I think we pay $240 per year.
I think you can download a free trial. What type of books and transactions are you talking about? I have a very simple accounting program and system I am going to make available in a few days, for free. This is not a program for tracking jobs costs, etc. This is the program we use to print reports that we send to our CPA, and the program we use when we get audits, etc. It is basic, but our records are 'to-the-penny'. I am against out-sourcing records, unless you have more than 500 transactions, per month. Tracking, monitoring, and error repairs, caused by outsourcing, takes about twice the amount of time. With my program, we do all our own book keeping, tracking, etc, in only in about two hours every week, and we have 30+ employees, write over 300 checks, pay over 80 bills, and we have many rental units. I have nobody in my office, except a part time relative, and do all the book keeping myself. There is nothing better than convenience, accuracy, speed, and full control. I always had more problems with outsourcing and collection agencies. I like to set up systems, you can teach a novice, to do, and there will be no errors.
