Call Centers


Anyone tried call centers to handle

Scheduling appointments from inbound calls
Scheduling appointment with outbound calls
Rehashing leads

number one lesson with sales guys. they will not follow up with all leads. they will only go after the easy close. thats why im asking about call centers.

He's from the Chicago area, this might actually be a good thing, you may be on to something here that may just separate him from the rest!

how are sales guys suppose to handle 100+ calls a week? it's logic that id look into a call center.

Depends on how many sales guys you have and how efficient they are with their time. If they get 100+ calls and 30 of them don't qualify, there is no need to spend that much time on the phone with them.

It really boils down to time management

100 calls, what are you doing after noon on Tuesday?
Charge for estimates, keep charging more untill the you find the right balance.
