Thanks for the info

my question would be from a startup point of view how would we know what numbers to aim for. You gave examples such as 37% and we know that each business is different so no one number can be applied across the board.

How would startup companies know without much experience what numbers to aim for?

Great idea starting this thread. For charts, you may just want to take a screen shot (PrtScn/SysRq button) and paste that into paint or what ever you use for image manipulation. then post the pic you made.
