Anyone Try Defoging Double Pane Windows Business

Has any one tried to get in to defoging windows business.
I have realtors calling me wanting to fix the double pane windows but do not want to spend the money to get new units.
If you have where can i get info on it.
any info will help.

I'll go ahead and state the obvious, this only works on non-tempered glass, at least the methods I've seen which all include drilling a hole in the glass.
