Anyone Sell There Own Homes?
I'm thinking about getting a real estate license. Does anyone have one now and sell their own homes?

Re: Anyone Sell There Own Homes?
I don't have a real estate license, do sell my own homes. License isn't required here to sell the spec's I build.

Re: Anyone Sell There Own Homes?
i'm not a homebuilder, but my wife is a "former" real estate agents.....somehow women get to retire whenever they want...
, but anyway.....it seems like an excellent idea. Like the other poster said, many places you don't need a license, but even if you do, it's well worth it. Hell, it's worth it just when you want to buy or sell something for yourself. |
