Acting on behalf of owner letter

Hi, was just wondering if any one has a "Acting on behalf of owner letter\form" that they can share with me, I need it so that I can get it notarized for rezoning a property on behalf of the owner, if anyone could help me I would appreciate it, I am sure its not too big of a deal to draft one out myself, but I want to make sure that I don't miss anything, thanks Andy

Yes sir, I have learned that you cant give your service away for free, you cant be afraid of charging for any of your services.

If you can find it that would be great, thanks, alaw11@msn.com

speaking of that, has anyone noticed more and more towns wanting a copy of your contract when you pull a permit? Even on flat fee jobs where job price has no impact on permit fee. They say they need to see the HO's signature.
