Anyone having any trouble, or set backs with these?
I have two signed right now. Both have been delayed due to Taylor Bean's trouble. We are starting one of these Tuesday. The mortgage lady told me that many banks are getting away from 203k lending, including Wells Fargo, and Bank of America.
She said there is only one bank left doing them (although I don't remember the name of the bank). Anyone else hear anything about this?
