Re: Ventilation

Turbine vent!? Don't know were you are located but were I am at those might be the answer. They usually tell you on the box how many you will need for your size roof. They are kind of ugly too so try to put them some where that they can't be seen.

Re: Ventilation

What is the rafter length from eave to ridge?

Also, is this a Wood T & G Ceiling?

Does it have nail-base insulation on top of the decking boards?

Smart Vent will provide 9 square inches of Intake Ventilation per Lineal Foot, but you drastically diminished the Exhaust Ventilation capacity by switching to the mushroom style static air vents.

This is what I was wondering. I have a church roof coming up next week that is 2 1/2" T & G Decking/Ceiling.
