Truss Cost Index

I would require to design a truss for an area of 24 * 24 sq.m. Does somebody know the cost index of truss per sq.m

Re: Truss Cost Index

Maybe if the font was a little smaller someone would give you a realistic price.

Re: Truss Cost Index

Call your local lumber yard, in my area that would be,
84 or Carter lumber, which both have websites that you could get phone numbers from.
Tell them your a student and they'll help you out.

Re: Truss Cost Index

Call the local truss manufacturer, around here that is not the lumber yard. Be able to communicate very clearly and specifically what you want, it would be best if you could fax a sketch.

What kind of truss

If it's a roof truss, include span, pitch, and eave size and type, and any intermediate bearing points.

If it's a floor truss, include span and interior point locations. Use your longest most difficult truss (each type) then use that price per linear foot for all the trusses of that type.
