Rubber Cost

i am a gc who does alltypes of kobber work like rubber roofs, shingles, siding, and gc stuff...

i recently did a 10k sf rubber job,no tear off...
3"iso....

i charged 36k, which is $360/sq

22k in materials and about a week labor.. sheet metal bent for free, gutter not included...

when i was done i noticed i made about 9k profit in a week...

did i hit a home run or is that standard pricing?????

i am all of a sudden leaning alot toward more rubber marketing
