Hello,
I agree with all of this except the harness part. We are required to wear them no matter what the pitch.

Re: Roofing Nightmare!

Check out rainshields website- meet the team section. They have 8 or 9 foremen but they appear to have no workers to install roofs. It would seem they would be proud to show a lead installer or technician who has been roofing awhile. I'm sure they sub contract the work to crap help. The job in question is a complete disaster. Rainshied should write it off as a loss or pay a competent company to put a new roof on. The management did a very poor job in handling this situation. This homeowner will cost Rainshield millions of dollars in future work from the bad press.

Before anyone can set foot on a RAINSHIELD job site and call themselves a RAINSHIELD installer they must first demonstrate proficiency through an intense training and evaluation process. Most reputable manufactures have Certified Applicator Programs. RAINSHIELD is proud to participate in these programs where all of our installers must qualify through a written test procedure. But we don’t stop there…

They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. Just because it is in writing dosen't mean it is factual. This job is almost a year old. It is a complete disaster since day 1. What is said on the website is that spotlights the training and craftsmanship in complete bs. Stay tuned. I'm sure the homeowner will shed more light on this.

Any bets on how many other unhappy previous customers this homeowner will dig up by the end of the year? This guy seems to be on a mission.
