Roofing Covered Patio


I am using 3 tab shingles for patio cover and do not want to see nails protruding through 3/4 plywood will that pass code in Denver Colo.?

No nails...just use some hot pvc glue and stick'em

How big?

Roll out some Mod Bit and MB the shingles right to that...

or you could go back with a grinder after it passes the final and grind off the nails...

or use 1x? sleepers and do a fake deck....

You can't use a 7/8" roof tack? With 3/4 decking and the thickness of the shingles it shouldn't penetrate.

two layers of plywood so nails don't come through
