Roof Tear Off Prices


Wondering what others here are charging for
Say 1 story 8/12 1 layer tear off
Install 30 yrs dimensional shingle 6nails per shingle
Drip eave
New felt
Thanks for your comments
If no one wants to answer maybe shouldnt complain about cut throaters in the bussiness.
This is furnishing all the materials easy roof.

Interesting take but that doesn't fly - it all varies by location and your costs. What I charge is less than say Ed charges but he has higher OH, insurance rates, permit fees, etc... To find your price, go to the Business Section and read the sticky on Pricing & Estimating success

Enough to feed my wife and kids ,pay the bills,and take my girlfriend to a nice motel once in a while!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
