Roll roofing alternatives

I have a client who has a a 1 story addition off the back of her dormered cape. The addition is maybe a 3 pitch at best. It has 2 layers of rolled roofing on it(the second layer is 2 years old). She gets a pretty bad leak when we have driving rains. I went and looked at it, and there appears to be no flashing from the addition to the main house, just lots and lots of caulk. The second layer of roll roofing is bad, they just cut it around vents and caulked. I told her I will strip it, remove the siding, re roof it, flash it and re install the siding(vinyl).
Now my questions.
Would you I&W it then put down more rolled? (my first plan)
or, I was on Harvey Industries web site and saw POLYGLASS ELASTOFLEX GS6. Is this an alternative to roll? Has anyone ever used it?
Would I still use I&W?
Thanks in advance

Polyglass is a system...depends what warranty you want, you need to use there underlaymet (ply) 1 or 2 base sheets and a top granulated sheet. Go to the Polyglass site...I think they have videos

Thanks for the input guys. I went to harvey and talked with them about the polyglass. I'm going to go with it, using their underlayment.
