Google it and there are hundreds of comanies who sell pre-templated forms for roofing. You have to start somewhere. I don't recommend using them out of the box, but it can give you a start. Take it to a lawyer and make it solid with all appropriate clauses. Don't forget, the most important part of your contract is not the pretty parts where your scope of work is defined....it is the clauses that protect your A@@ from price increases, lawsuits, being paid on time, etc, etc, etc. Cover your backside. I find it very hard to cover all that needs to be covered in a front and back 2 part fill in the blank template contract, but that's just me.
