Quick Question

I just have a quick question. My cousin lives in NC and wants her roof done
it would be a tear off with 30 year shingels. I live in upstate NY and can not help . So I was wondering what they are getting down their. She got one estimate for about $6300 the roof is 18 sq. Just asking because I don't want her to pay to much.

Re: Quick Question

First off never decide anything based on one estimate, get a minimum of three, more wouldn't hurt.

Ask friends and neighbors in the area which roofer they used.

Check the yellow pages for her local material supplier and ask them to recomend a few companies.

Cost of labor, materials, insurances etc all change from one area to another so kinda hard to state a price when i live in Ohio,
plus 18 square of 30 yr shingles is no where near the info needed to suggest a price.
