Porch On Second Story
Hey Guys,
I have a deck on the second story in Florida, I am tearing out the old deck. Replacing it with 3/4 t&g plywood. It has stucco over wood for walls. This deck has a porch underneath. It rest on floor joist. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on waterproofing it other than tourchdown. I was think of maybe peel and seal. Let me know what suggestions you might have. Thanks! |

Re: Porch On Second Story
If you can torch it, you can SA it (peal and seal aka Self Adhering)
Check out Certainteed flintlastic SA 3-ply system. There are others but that is my personal favorite. |
