porch on second story

Hey Guys,

I have a deck on the second story in Florida, I am tearing out the old deck. Replacing it with 3/4 t&g plywood. It has stucco over wood for walls. This deck has a porch underneath. It rest on floor joist. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on waterproofing it other than tourchdown. I was think of maybe peel and seal. Let me know what suggestions you might have.
Thanks!

If you can torch it, you can SA it (peal and seal aka Self Adhering)
Check out Certainteed flintlastic SA 3-ply system. There are others but that is my personal favorite.
