Painting A Metal Roof...


Is it possible to paint a metal roof? Any ideas? THanks. Matt

Anything can be painted with the right primers...

What purpose is the paint going to serve?

Sometimes, steeper sloped metal roofing will fade without loss of waterproofing integrity. This is why I asked.

I've only installed a few differant types of coatings,but I was under the impression they had a coating for just about everything.
I seen a few at trade shows, no names come to mind.I'm not really into the whole roof in a bucket deal.
