Need Some Input On Current Roofing Prices In Ohio

I'm a general contractor in cincinnati, and i usually stay away from roofs. I've got a new customer, an investor, and i need to do this one. Can anybody give me an idea of what prices are per square for a tear off and lay [labor only] thanks

Buddy, I`m not sure about cinni, but columbus minimal 320 a square 30 year, if you are going 25 year no less then 290 a square... don`t seattle for less.

Exactly what are you going to tear off and who are you going to lay?

I'm a roofing contractor in Youngstown,
I some times sub re-roofs from GC's that I do new construction work for,
in those cases my per squ 'labor only' starts at 120,
more than one layer is more,
non walkable is more,
etc., etc.

If this customer is such a good catch, that you "need" to take this one, would you not want to do a quick turn around with professional results?

that keyword: investor = has money = offer investor good work = more work in the future = hire a reputable roofer in your area = Cin, Ohio = Roofer will know what to charge = your % on top of that = all have a Merry Christmas = You will have accomplished your goal
