So what kind of advice are you looking for? How to price building a duplex as opposed to building tri-plex or mono-plex?

How to ask an actual question? How to spell Labor?

I hope this helps.

Well let me see...... I did that same job yesterday and charged the guy 4 dollars. Are you telling me that it needs to be done again, and he wants you to do it this time? Holy I can't imagine, i put a 3 hour warranty on it.

Ask your contractor how much he will charge to build it for you.

Hey guys, how much does a car cost?

Oh wait 2 door or 4 door? Honda of Mercedes? Base package or with all the upgrades?

My estimate: somewhere between $1,000 and $100,000.

Bwalley gave the best advice.

Re: Labour Rates

First step is too see how the much the unit will sell for, what the Realtor drives as well as what the buyer drives.

Once these four figures have been reported, we will proceed with an exact price for you work.

I'ma gonna low-ball ya Grumps...

Straight time not-to-exceed $99,900. If it hits the NTE, we re-negotiate.

Hope this helps

In the Queens English you do actually spell Labour with a U , its only in America you drop the U, same as in 'Love thy Neighbour' (Neighbor)

Yes the Limey and the Canuck are correct, the same with color and colour.
I figured the guy was from Canada so I could tweak him a little with the "labor" crack.

Re: Labour Rates

LOL Dave, was expecting someone to come up with a Paris comment on it.

One of my favorite (favourite so you limeys and canucks will understand) standups was years ago Gallager did a routine on how screwy the english language and it's phonetic contradition is. It's hilarious. ie laughter/daughter etc...

I remember seeing him do that . It seems I also remember George Carlin doing a routine on the same subject.
