Ice & Water In Florida
Can anyone advise if Grace's ice and water is part of Florida's code requirement? I noticed it mentioned in an earlier thread and want to confirm.

GIWS is used a lot in Fla. Passes Dade County wind uplift test....felt does not. Used under lower sloped metal roofing. Used as a temporary roof after storms, when waiting for shingles.

Re: Ice & Water In Florida
It's all we use under tile roofs. Plus I think you can get a small hurricane insurance break for it now to.
