Help With School Project

Hello everyone. I'm currently doing a house building project for my project management program in university and we're developing a project plan for the construction of a house. I was just wondering if anybody on this site would like to help me gather the information I need in order to make the project as realistic as possible. I mostly need help with time, resources and money. Could you tell me how long it would take, how many guys would be needed and how much it would cost to do the following:
(all of these items apply to a typical 2 storey detached house of 2000sq.ft)

1) complete the flashing (do roofers do the flashing?)
2) complete the roof sheathing and coverings (asphalt shingles)
