Gutter Coil- Pounds To Feet Ratio


Does anyone know the lbs. to feet ratio for 5" K-style gutter coil?
I'm talking about .027 Aluminum.

2.3 ft for .032 aluminum. Dont know about .027 but probably not too much diffrent

I havn't done much .032 gutters. Around here .027 is what the suply houses stock. Ordering .032 is a PITA. I had to buy a whole roll of Cameo color .032 last year to do one house. Now the rest of it just sits in my warehouse

All the suppliers here price it by the pound. I never knew how to convert that to feet.

Here you cant get .027 very easy.

I would find a new supply house if i where you. The good ones will decoil a roll down to what ever size coil you want.

If you get on the website for Senox, they have a calculator that will calculate .027 or .032 (and everything else)

According to Englert, .027 yields 2.653 feet per pound, and .032 yields 2.238 feet per pound. This is for 11-3/4" wide coils.
