Green Roof System

Im working on my senior thesis which involves a green roof and I tried contacting some of the green roofing sales reps and either they didn't get back to me or they didn't have time so I was hoping to get some help here. I have information on Modular Green Roofing Systems, but now I need information on non-modular systems. Any answers even if they are ballpark would be a huge help. Specifically my building is 26' tall and located in germantown maryland. The proposed green roof would cover about 24,000 SF.

Cost for green roof materials per SF?
Cost for installation of green roof per SF?
Do the costs include plants, all the layers, delivery of materials and supervision?
How many SF is typically installed per day?
Is there any special equipment needed for installation?

I just saw an ad in (can't figure out where) and GAF is advertising a green roof package, something to the effect of trying to integrate the contractor and landscaper together, and offering a warrenty. I believe they estimated it at about $25/sq foot or so installed. I can't figure out where I saw it, I thought it was JLC or Remodeling mag.
