Flashing Existing Service Mast

How do you roofers re-do the flashing that's on an existing service mast sticking through a shingle roof? You can't slide the old one off, so I assume it's cut off. You can't slide the new one back on over the top because of the weatherhead and the wires. Is there a two-piece boot contraption? Link or pic?

Find Portals Plus. They have a nice retrofit pipe boot made of neoprene.

Hey, it looks like they make a great retrofit boot for a flat rubber roof. Their retrofit boot doesn't look especially suitable for a shingled pitched roof to me.

MD

Arcat.com makes a lot of specialty flashings including 2-piece.

Tried to check for you but their site is down.

I think portals plus makes one for shingle roof also. If it's not portal's plus it must be someone else because I have gotten a few in the past. I have never called them by name, I just grab them while in the supply house. Next time I will look at the name.

The one I am thinking of is all neprene, made for shingle roofs, as it has a return molded into it. I use them all the time with great success.
