Re: Estimating
While I can measure almost any roof from the ground, and very accurately too, I still prefer to get on ever roof reasonably posible. First off I want to walk the roof and get an intimate understanding of all the details. See if there's any soft wood. I also like to see what mistakes the previous roofers made. The roof is more than just square footage.
