EPDM Pricing On Rowhomes

Here's a somewhat unique project that I need help estimating:


EPDM would be adhered to fiberboard over what is considered to be new construction because it's a fully restored 3 story rowhome with new plywood decking. The total s.f. of the roof deck is 600s.f. (12x50) The portion of the roof to have EPDM is 12x32' and the remaining 18' on the rear would have DURADEK. (3rd story)
There are short parapit walls (probably 1').

EPDM also needs to be applied on a 2nd story addition in the rear (12x12').

The project also involves a couple 6" k-style gutters and spouting.

Any opinions are greatly appreciated!
