Elatomeric Roof Coatings
has anyone used spray on elastomeric roof coatings on a EPDM roof? What are the pros and cons? What are the best products to use? Is there a better alternative other than tear off and start over?

There Is Never A Better Option Than To Start Over With A Brand New System.
Now I Use Elastomeric Polyureas, Since The Acrylics Have Proven Much Less Than The Mfg's Say They Are.

what's wrong with the epdm?the only reason I could see to coat epdm would be to make it more reflective.there is no miricale fix for leaks.even in coatings you need to do repairs before.
