Deck Cover Flashing/product Advice??
What do you suppose is the most effective way of ensuring a watertight attachment of a deck cover to an existing roof line when it will be attached ABOVE the asphalt shingles so that precipitation will continue to run down the roof line to the existing gutters.
The top of the new roof needs to be taken about two feet up the slope to give the bottom edge a 7 foot height above the deck and still maintain an acceptable slope. The new deck cover will be galvalume on cedar. Any products that you have used to accomplish this task with a minimum of headaches?
