Conditional Contracts

I was wondering if anyone would like to share there verision of a conditional insurance contract. It seems more and more insurance work is whats keeping us alive. I don't want to be un-ethical about it, but really dont know how to word them properly and would perfer not to loose job or repairs.

We have been just writing " job/ work to be performed per insurance specifications and scope of work".

Any help would be appreciated.
