Question

Clay Tile Roof Repair - CT?

I know I'm not supposed to be posting here since I'm not a contractor, but I'm living dangerously..

I'm in the middle of negotations on a 100 year old home in Connecticut that has a clay tile roof. The inspector said it obviously needs repair, the yankee gutters are not working and the recently replaced membrane was done wrong. He recommended I get a contractor familiar with clay tile roofs (it that the plural of roof?) to take a look at it. Problem is, clay tile roofs aren't exactly common in CT. So, would any of you know of a roofer who specializes in historic clay tile roofs?

Thanks so much!
