Anyone From NC??
Thinking of relocating to north east NC, just wondering what labor prices are aprox for a simple 1 story walkable straight 1 layer rip.

I have a house in Vale, to the Western side. You don't want to know what they pay in the Carolinas. $12.00 an hour is considered excellent pay there, of course 6th grade is also considered an education.
All kidding aside, if you can cipher some and read and write you should do fine. Reality. Don't expect much of a paycheck out of the Carolinas. Lovely place to retire but no bling bling. |

heck were only getting $60 (avg) labor per sq for a walkable 1 layer rip. cant be too much lower than that.............can it?

Ran into a crew of mexicans in St Louis about 4 years ago, they where pulling it for 10 with drag away, then putting it for 10 more.
