I'm not a carpenter..but I have a question. Could someone please tell me the benefits of TGI's over the other floor joists (you know the old fashion criss cross ones). I have a customer who is questioning which is better. I'm sure that will be a point of view, but would like some "official" answer if one is better than the other. Thanks
