Re: Removing Studs From A Load Bearing Wall.

I did something like this a while back for a customer, but we removed all middle section of the house. We had to cut second floor joists and slip a paralam in to hang 2nd floor joists on it. Additional pier and a lolly column had to be installed in the crawl space to support one end of the beam.

Re: Removing Studs From A Load Bearing Wall.

The house I have under construction now, the walls on the first floor almost the same color. It's a new thing these days, people love this bright colors. The house I build last year for a customer he also picked bright color for the kitchen.

I like the 24" inch tile, the tile guys love installing them, especially the porcelain one with 1/16 reveal and epoxy grout
