Quick Question On How You Would Charge...
for framing over existing concrete walls in a home that is being rehabed. Would you charge a certain amount for sq ft like you would for framing, but lower of course or would you charge for time? Thanks

Re: Quick Question On How You Would Charge...
Are you starting fresh? Meaning your straight on the concrete block wall or do you need to rip off the old or work with the old? It all depends if your also going to be framing the entire thing or just fixing rotted wood. If you are starting fresh and it is basically a new house build you can charge 80 to 150 sqft depending on what they want. Hope that helps.
