I wouldn't recommend leaving framing grade lumber exposed to the elements for very long. Warping, spliting, twisted structure may cause you not to pass framing inspections ending up with you having to tear down and start all over. And this could very well happen even if you go through the added headaches of treating the lumber. Best to go ahead and take the time necessary to "At Least" erect all structural supporting walls and get the roof and exterior wrap on...then let it take a year to complete the rest.

ditto!

and use fire blocking to keep your studs straight. Use galvanized nails (can get expensive). TARP IT!
