Question

Pricing Framing For Commercial Jobs


i am pricing a commercial framing job, specifically petroleum stops off the highway. does anyone have an idea on the $ price per square foot??
this is in Ontario Canada

I used to think the guys here were harsh with their responses to these questions. If anybody asks for a price to frame________ they get it pretty hard.


However how the heck are we supposed to answer a question like that?


1.materials
2.local cost of labour
3.how big
4.time frame
5.type of construction.


It seems like everytime someone comes in here and asks a question like that, they have 1 post.

I personally believe it's a G.C. trying to see if a quote is inline... Anyway if you don't have a rough Idea how to bid the job; maybe it isn't for you.
